Robbin Walker is back! This one day workshop will provide participants with leadership skills they will put into action immediately. Topics will include exploring elements of highly effective teams, behavioral styles, delivering effective feedback and resolving conflict. The learning environment will be highly interactive, providing you with critical skills, information and solutions based on best practices and widely used management principles. A few examples where your enhanced skills can be applied: resolving conflicts between artists and managers; fostering influential relationships with board members; striking a balance between discipline and camaraderie.
