Art Meets Science At The Theater Flash Play Festival featuring Prince Rupert's Drop examines and celebrates the dramatic relationship often over-looked in the art-begets-science relationship, that is it focuses on an experience. The festival was created for playwrights to actively look at and develop the form of the four-minute flash play per the festival's guidelines; to create plays: short, one-act, and full-length involving science and its cousins sci-fi, horror, and fantasy: to encourage the production of said genres, to protect and support the professional creation of these plays with workshops; to promote the genres.
