Vacant Storefront Available Next Door to Redtwist

The vacant space next door to Redtwist might be available for a small theatre company to move in this summer. The size is about 1600 square feet, and after a build-out, it would be a double-storefront configuration similar to Redtwist. It's the same landlord as Redtwist and she is willing to cover the costs of tearing down a few walls to create a theatre space. The rent is reasonable and you might be able to negotiate a few months free rent too. Also, Redtwist needs additional space and would be willing to sub-lease a portion of the space, which would help to pay your monthly rent.
