Learn about Affordable Care Act and get a free Flu Shot

Mayor Rahm Emanuel and the Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events encourage you to get Affordable or Free Health Coverage through the Affordable Care Act (OBAMACARE) and get a free flu shot.
At this free event, people can learn about the Affordable Care Act, meet with a state-certified Enrollment Navigator to sign up for insurance, get a free flu shot and connect with a range of health organizations and services including Health and Disability Advocates, MusiCares, and more. The info session will feature Renata Marinaro, LMSW, National Director of Health Services, The Actors Fund.
Navigators will:
Walk you through the new plans, new prices, and new options
Help you estimate your self-employed or variable income
Give you guidelines for qualifying for free or low-cost insurance
Plus - FREE FLU SHOTS!
