2016 INDIVIDUAL ARTISTS PROGRAM (IAP)
The Individual Artists Program will be awarding grants to Chicago-based artists over 18 years of age, at all career levels, working across numerous disciplines and across both traditional fine arts and for-profit creative industries. Artists can apply for grants up to $5,000 to support the creation of artistic work or up to $2,500 to support professional development opportunities.
NEW THIS YEAR: Before applying, ALL applicants must attend one of the application assistance workshops at the Chicago Cultural Center, 78 E. Washington St. Please register now to secure your spot at one of the upcoming workshops:
• Wednesday, September 23, 3- 5pm CST, in the 5th Floor Washington Room
• Thursday, September 24, 9-11am CST, in the 5th Floor Garland Room
• Thursday, September 24, 2-4pm CST, in the 5th Floor Garland Room
• Friday, September 25, 11am-1pm CST, in the 5th Floor Washington Room
• Monday, September 28, 2-4pm CST, in the 5th Floor Washington Room
• Tuesday, September 29, 9-11am CST, in the 5th Floor Washington Room
• Tuesday, September 29, 4-6pm CST, in the 5th Floor Washington Room
• Tuesday, October 6, 3-5pm CST, in the 5th Floor Garland Room
