The Chicago Community Trust is pleased to announce that our signature capacity building program, SMART Growth, is recruiting organizations for our third cohort. This is an opportunity for arts and cultural organizations with budgets under $1 Million to obtain coaching and support to build their management capacity. We look forward to continuing this popular grant program and selecting another group of 30 organizations that are deeply rooted in and reflective of a community, target population or art form that is underrepresented in the cultural spectrum of the Chicago region.
