Our facility at 5252 N Broadway features three distinct (and distinctive!) rehearsal rooms available for rent at great low rates. Since moving into the space, we are proud to have welcomed over a hundred groups and performers to share our space for rehearsals, auditions, classes, meetings, and more!
All spaces offer wifi, controlled heat and air, use of our tables and chairs as available, and access to our shared kitchen area. We are also located right above a newly renovated coffee shop and near several other restaurants and grocery stores for snack and dinner breaks.
We offer affordable rates for evenings and weekends along with a special super discounted rate for daytime rentals.
Evening and Weekend Rate
(M-F from 5pm – 12am and all day Saturday and Sunday)
$16/hour (or $13/hour if you’re a 501(c)3 nonprofit)
Daytime Weekday Rate
(M-F from 9am – 5pm)
$7/hour
