From open letters on Facebook to demanding diversity and inclusion casting initiatives, Chicago artists and artistic leaders are speaking out. What is the temperature of race and casting in Chicago today? At its core, what is casting? Join us for this timely town hall conversation as we are joined by artists, artistic leaders, and casting directors as we discuss and brainstorm actionable ways to close the racial gap of the American theater landscape.
