Theatrical rigging specialist The Chicago Flyhouse is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for their 6th annual ‘Strings Attached’ Rigging Grant - open to all tax-exempt performing arts companies based in Chicago and its near suburbs.
In support of The Chicago Flyhouse's mission to improve the quality and application of theatrical rigging throughout the industry, this grant affords local companies the opportunity to take advantage of Flyhouse’s groundbreaking rigging developments to broaden their artistic vision and company potential.
An annual, project-oriented award not to exceed $10K, the ‘Strings Attached’ Rigging Grant is applied to a Chicago Flyhouse designed and installed flying or rigged effect for a specific event or production, or for a permanent rigging installation towards the improvement of a venue.
