The Athenaeum Theatre has two office spaces available for not-for-profit performing arts groups.

Office space #1 is 273 SQF (15 x 18.3 feet) on the second floor of the Athenaeum with a large east facing window.

Office Space #2 is 621 SQF on the first floor directly across the lobby from the Athenaeum's Box Office. This large space includes a smaller, private office that is 10.6 x 12 feet - the main room is 13.9 x 36.

Rent includes heat and electricity. Phone / Internet and A/C units the responsibility of the tenant shared access to a communal xerox machine, kitchenette & bathroom. Use of the buildings conference room is also included.
