I wanted to give you all a heads up about our annual meeting this year. The listing is below in the broadcast but I really hope you all can make it. Also, bring as many people as you’d like from your company. We have invited Michelle Boone, Commissioner of Cultural Affairs and Special Events to speak and of course, I will be speaking as well and I know everybody loves that – but the good news is that it will be short and then we will have time to mingle and chat and meet Michelle. We have also invited other representatives of various foundations and corporations that support so many of you. We have invited all 50 Aldermen, so if you’d like to follow up on the invitation with your Alderman, please do. Maybe invite her or him to come with you? Or one of your board members? The more the merrier.
We are making it a bigger and hopefully more informative and fun event this year, so I hope you can make it.
We will also be having a raffle of one round-trip airfare anywhere in the 48 United States. What??? There’s more reasons to come? Did I mention there will also be complimentary food and drinks and lots of your friends and colleagues will be there? Well, it’s true!
